- Packing Lists
- Store Transfer
Requests
- Quotes
- Layaways
- Credit / Debit Memos
- Interface with
optional TIRE GUIDE system allows you to service your
customers quickly and accurately.
- Customer History
can remain On-Line indefinitely, based on hard disk storage
space. This allows you to look up previous activity on
a customers vehicle, keep track of Warranty information
and document Comments. You can even re-print a ticket
in its entirety, years down the line.
- Since Point-of-Sale
is Real-Time you can create a Quote, change it into a
Work Order when the vehicle is brought in then finish
it as either a Charge or Cash Invoice. At any time, up
until the ticket is finalized, you can make additions,
changes and deletions to any of the information. Any inventory
that is entered on a Work Order shows up as Committed
until the ticket is finalized as an Invoice. It is then
removed from your inventory totals completely. All inventory
activity is updated on a minute by minute basis so you
always have an accurate count for your quantity available.
If you have multiple locations on the system you can see
your inventory stocking levels for all locations on a
single screen. No more calling around.
- If you give
a user permission by a password, you can allow them to
override pricing, discounts and net extensions. Also by
password, you decide whether a user is allowed to see
Cost and Gross Profit information.
- "Sales
Kits" automatically add-on items that are normally
included in a sale. ( Stems, Mounting, Tire Disposal,
etc.) You can also create "Job Packages" for
Brake Jobs, Tune-Ups, etc.
- Split the Payment
on a ticket (Up to 5 separate ways). The final Invoice
will separate your Parts and Labor and print the sub-totals
for each.
- On-Line Credit
Checking, with orders held for approval by a location
or by your central credit department.
Items can be tagged "On Sale" for a range of
dates. These items will be highlighted in Inventory Inquiry
to catch your eye. You might also tag slow moving or discontinued
items in order to clean out your inventory. You can also
tag Spiff items. They will be highlighted and accounted
for in the Commission Due reports.
- You can monitor
your Gross Profit on an on-going basis. You can "Hot
Key" into a screen that shows you the Price, Cost
and Gross Profit for the entire ticket and then by individual
line items. When searching your inventory you can set
the system to show you Cost and Gross Profit % and can
even display the items by GP% (showing the highest GP
items first). You can also run a Daily Sales Status Report
that shows you Sales and Profit by location, salesperson,
group, category and manufacturer. This report can be run
for a single date or a date range to show you a week or
months worth of information.
- Give up to 4
Salesmen/Mechanics credit for each item sold or service
performed. You can set Point-of-Sale to prompt you, at
the completion of a ticket, for Salesmen/Mechanic information.
This information will automatically interface with the
Commission Due reports, thereby making Commissions less
confusing.
- You can sell
Non-Stock items and keep track of Cost, Price, Invoice
#, Vendor information and PO #. The correct accounting
is automatically be done for you. The description is saved
for later analysis.
- The system automatically
knows which Items and/or Customers are Taxable or Non-Taxable.
A/R Terms and Sales Tax Codes can be overridden in a ticket,
based on Password permission. Multiple Sales Tax Codes,
broken out by Multiple Percentages, can be pre-set by
Location.
- You can set
up automatic Trade Discounts for Customers by Manufacturer,
Group or individual Item Number.
- You can give
Cash Discounts, Coupon Discounts and Future Terms on a
ticket. Designate a different Ship-to address, assign
and print a Route # to assist with efficient deliveries,
and reference a Manual Work Order #.
- The Daily Cash-Out
allow you to simply "count the money" and compare
it to the totals on the screen or print it to paper. This
information can be displayed/printed at any time during
the day for on-going monitoring of your cash.
