ASA Appoints Vice President of Operations

Nashua, NH – (August 20, 2007) - ASA Tire Systems, the leading software provider for the tire industry, announced today the addition of Nina Briggs as Vice President of Operations.

Nina Briggs will be responsible for Customer Services, including software and hardware support, implementation and network services, all accounting functions, and business operations. She comes to ASA Tire Systems from their corporate office, ASA International, Ltd., where she worked in accounting for nearly 20 years. Brigg’s began at ASA’s corporate location in 1987 as Corporate Staff Accountant, and progressed to Division Accountant, Divisional Controller, Corporate Accounting Manager, and Corporate Controller throughout the years.

Wayne Croswell, President of ASA Tire Systems, says, “Nina’s experience in corporate accounting will be a great asset in her new role. Her familiarity with ASA Tire Systems history, corporate culture, and her involvement in several ASA acquisitions, most recently QDS (TireMaster), has given her a great foundation in the tire industry.”
