Level 3 Support Technician, Accounting Specialist, Meridian, ID
Summary: Responsible for managing and maintaining the company's commercial system. The Business Systems Analyst will work effectively under minimal supervision; maintain ownership for specific systems area and/or business users, participate in all relevant changes management activities for ASA Tire Systems.
Position Objective
Responsible for taking support calls via the telephone and working with other support technicians on accounting related issues. Also, will perform other duties assigned by support manager, which could include, but are not limited to, phone training, classroom training, software testing, and software installation.
Actively promote the growth and well being of ASA by participating in Department and Company-wide meetings, by seeking harmonious and productive communication within the company by application of good inter-personal skills among co-workers, by advancing one’s own technical skills with available on-going training and development opportunities, and by maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelors Accounting Degree – Business Management – Computer Science
- Extensive database experience
- Select statements
- Joins
- Updates
- Deletes
- Inserts
- Be able to read and analyze code
- Computer Hardware and Software Experience and helpful
- Customer Service and or Call Center experience helpful
- Trouble Shooting Skills
