Software Support Analyst, Merrimack, NH
Summary: : Lead the implementation of ASA software applications. Provide support to client on ASA Software Applications.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct Business Application Implementation Projects both onsite and virtually.
- Answer client questions in person, via phone and electronically on ASA Software Applications.
- Troubleshoot software problems.
- Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
- Advise client on appropriate action.
- Serve as liaison between client and development to resolve software issues.
- Document resolutions for knowledge base.
- Perform 1st and 2nd QC testing as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform software installations and upgrades
- Provide software orientation to new company staff.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced knowledge of ASA Software Applications.
- Ability to learn and support new software applications.
- Project Management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all departments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Three to five years’ experience in a software support environment.
- Accounting proficiency a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time.
- Onsite conditions will vary.
